1. Booking & Stay Policy

Hotel Air View functions as an enquiry-based booking site. Stay requests submitted via our booking forms do not represent guaranteed reservations until confirmed by our reception desk. Dynamic deposit requirements collected through Razorpay are credited to the room charges.

2. Identification Verification

Guests must provide valid government-recognized photo identification (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as standard identification documents.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Refund schedules for deposit collections are handled manually based on cancellation timing. Please communicate directly with our helpline at 9163662303 to request cancellations or updates to your transit dates.

4. Rules of Conduct

We maintain zero tolerance for unruly behavior, noise disturbances, or damages to property. Any such actions will result in immediate discharge from the premises without refund of charges paid.
